The Martin Currie Australia Real Income strategy seeks to provide a growing income stream by investing in a diversified portfolio of listed Real Asset securities characterised by established physical assets with recurring cash flows. By investing only in listed securities, the strategy is a highly liquid and transparent alternative to more traditional standalone REIT, infrastructure or unlisted property strategies. The strategy adheres to a sustainable growing income investment style.
