TECHNOLOGY SPECTATOR: Self-service makes Sensis

It's only a matter of time before more jobs are lost at Sensis, and the question remains whether self-service and better online delivery can curb the process.

When Telstra sacked 110 staff from its Sensis division last week, it explained the move by saying its self-service tools mean customers can now more easily manage their Sensis advertising on their own.
