Why your marketing strategy needs tweaking

If it's been more than three months since you last reviewed your business marketing strategy, then it's probably time you did.

By the start of September – the beginning of the third quarter of 2012 – businesses should be well into their stride in implementing their 2012-13 marketing strategies. That's if you have actually created a marketing strategy for the current financial year, let alone one for calendar 2012.

But if you're like the majority of small to medium businesses, you probably haven't dusted off your marketing plan for some time, and that's a definite sign that you should be tweaking your marketing strategy.
