Whether you like him or not, Mike Daisey has achieved something with his retracted radio segment on This American Life. The information in the radio show may have been somewhat spurious but Daisey has managed to re-ignite an ongoing debate about cost some pay for the convenience of technology.
Amongst all the anger around the issue, it's easy to forget that Apple is not the only tech company manufacturing its products at Foxconn.
But it is always going to be the number one target of the uproar, because that's the price you pay for being a market leader.
