Fund Objective
To maximise returns while maintaining an investment which is not usually subject to fluctuations in capital value. Suggested investment timeframe is a few months to two years. The product is designed to provide returns above those of the Australian short-term money market over the medium to long term.
Fund Strategy
Invests directly in assets or indirectly through life policies or unit trusts so that the majority of the underlying assets are short term liquid assets such as bank bills. The remainder have an exposure to Australian and overseas floating rate interest bearing securities such as corporate, bank and government securities, mortgages, corporate loans and infrastructure bonds. Asset range and benchmark: 100% income only investments.
