The strategy of the Wingate Property Senior Debt Feeder managed fund is The Fund will give investors exposure to the investment strategy of the Master Fund by investing in the Master Fund. The Master Fund will invest, directly or indirectly, in debt transactions secured by a first-ranking mortgage over real estate assets.
