The investment return objective is to provide regular income distributions, access to mortgage-secured investments and achieve a targeted total return of 6.50% pre taxation.
Fund Strategy
The Fund is a pooled fund which provides investors with the opportunity to gain exposure to registered mortgage investments and receive a monthly income distribution. Each loan will be secured by a registered first mortgage and may additionally be secured by other forms of security. The Fund may also invest in cash held by Australian deposit taking institutions.
