Fund Objective
The Hamilton Road McDowall Trust ('Trust') presents investors with the opportunity to participate in a townhouse development project comprising architecturally designed, boutique townhouses to be constructed in inner metropolitan Brisbane.
Fund Strategy
The development is located at 992 Hamilton Road, McDowall Queensland (the 'Property'), situated within 11 kilometres of the Brisbane CBD. The anticipated design provides for a total of 32 townhouses with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and double lock up garages. The development will be completed in one stage being the construction of the townhouses as well as a recreational area for residents. It is anticipated that the development will be completed mid- 2019.
