ETFS Enhanced USD Cash ETF - Managed Fund

Fund Objective
The Fund aims to provide investors with an exposure (before fees and expenses) to the performance of the US Dollar (USD) relative to the Australian Dollar (AUD).
Fund Strategy
Each Fund seeks to meet its investment objective by holding the Reference Currency in interest bearing deposit accounts at the Deposit Bank. To the extent that any Creations are settled with an Authorised Participant in return for the delivery of AUD, the Responsible Entity will convert that AUD into the USD through a foreign exchange transaction with ANZ at the Benchmark Rate before depositing the resulting cash in USD into the appropriate interest bearing deposit accounts at the Deposit Bank.
