Fund Objective
A wholesale superannuation fund aiming to provide higher returns over the long-term. The portfolio is especially suited to those investors with a longer investment time horizon. The portfolio'sinvestment objectives are to achieve over the medium to long-termreturns in excess of those achieved by the Prudential Balanced Investment Portfolio and returns substantially above the rate of inflation (CPI) and average weekly earnings (AWE) growth.
Fund Strategy
The Growth portfolio invests mostly in Australian and international equities. It also invests in other asset classes, such as property and fixed interest, although these exposures are generally smaller. The combined exposure to Australian and international equities will at all times be contained within a range of 50 - 90%, while the exposure to total fixed interest and cash will be between 5 - 40%.
