Fund Objective
To provide capital growth over the medium- to long-term together with moderate income through a diversified investment portfolio.
Fund Strategy
Invests a minimum of 35% of the Fund into money-market and fixed interest securities, and a maximum of 65% of the Fund into Australian shares, listed property securities, and international shares. In addition to traditional Australian-based fixed interest securities, the portfolio may also include limited exposure to international fixed interest (currency hedged into the Australian dollar). Asset allocation ranges: Australian shares 28-35%, int'l shares 16-20%, property securities 8-10%, fixed interest and cash 35-48%.
