Realindex selects and weights companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange fundamental measures of company size such as sales, cash flow, book value and dividends and is further enhanced by applying additional factors such as quality and near term value. Realindex portfolios provide the benefits associated with traditional index funds, including lower cost, lower turnover, diversification and liquidity.
