Fund Objective
To maximise total returns to the investor by borrowing to invest in a portfolio of property securities from around the world. The option aims to outperform the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Index hedged to Australian dollars over rolling seven-year periods before fees and taxes.

The option invests in property securities around the world. These investments may include commercial; retail and industrial and; to a lesser extent; car parks; hotels; leisure properties and other property-related investments. Each security is ranked within each region according to valuation and qualitative measures. The option utilises gearing to magnify returns from underlying investments. The option aims to hedge its currency exposure.
