The Investment Objective of the IM Fund is to provide consistent income returns from a diversified portfolio of Private Debt loans, targeting There is no guarantee that the IM Fund will achieve these objectives. The Manager, the Trustee, MIML and each of their officers, associates, and related entities do not guarantee the payment of income on, or return of capital of, an investment in the IM Fund.

The IM Fund will obtain its investment exposure by investing wholly into the Causeway Private Debt Income Master Fund ('Master Fund') managed by the Manager. The Master Fund will provide loans (each, a Loan) to the small-to-medium sized enterprise (SME) and middle market corporate lending sector in Australia.
