Fund Objective
To provide income-based returns which exceed, over the medium-term, the return provided by indices of investment grade bonds issued in the Australian market.
Fund Strategy
The option's strategy is to maximize income over the medium-term through assessment of the earnings that each investment will generate, and the active management of the average term of the securities held and the mix of government, semi-government and corporate bonds. Risks are quantified and securities are selected depending on whether they offer value for risk. If currency risk arises, the option will aim to hedge the risk.
