Fund Objective

To provide capital and income growth by investing in smaller Australian companies and outperforming the S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries Accumulation Index over rolling five-year periods before fees and taxes.

Fund Strategy

Realindex selects and weights companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange that are outside both the ASX 100 and the 100 largest companies by fundamental measures of company size such as sales, cash flow, book value and dividends. The portfolio is further enhanced by applying additional factors such as quality and near term value. Realindex portfolios provide the benefits associated with traditional index funds, including lower cost, lower turnover, diversification and liquidity.
