Objectives and Strategy

The investment objective of the Metal Interests issued by the Fund is to provide a return that tracks the performance of the price of gold (before Fees and expenses). The Metal Interests provide Holders with a beneficial interest in physical gold Bullion without the necessity of holding, trading and storing physical gold Bullion.
All Bullion received from an Authorised Participant in connection with a Creation Request will be transferred to the Allocated Account of the Fund. Bullion will at all times be held in the Allocated Account save for any amounts required to be held in the Unallocated Account in connection with Creations or Redemptions.
