The Fund invests in gold bullion through its interests in the VanEck Gold Bullion Wholesale Fund, an unregistered scheme operated under the Fund Constitution and Product Disclosure Statement. VanEck Investments Limited is the Responsible Entity of the Fund and the trustee of the Wholesale Fund.
