Murray Cod Australia Ltd (MCA), an ASX-listed company, is a vertically integrated grower of Aquna Sustainable Murray cod, a luxury fish farmed in the Riverina, NSW. Using proprietary technology within the fish's geographical habitat MCA can produce a creamy white flesh that is utilized by chefs. Its principal activities are breeding, growing and marketing of Aquna Sustainable Murray cod, a freshwater table fish; and breeding and selling Murray cod, Golden perch and Silver perch as fingerlings for re-stocking.
