K&S Corporation Limited announced its financial results for the half-year ended 31 December 2025, reporting an underlying profit before tax of $15.9 million, which is 32.2% lower compared to the previous period, and an underlying profit after tax of $11.0 million, a decrease of 32.6%. The statutory profit before tax was recorded at $16.2 million, down 29.7%, and the statutory profit after tax was $11.2 million, a 30.2% decrease from the previous year. Despite challenging conditions in the Australian Transport sector due to reduced volumes and tightening trading conditions, the New Zealand operations and K&S Fuels performed well. Operating cash flow increased to $27.9 million, $1.2 million higher than the previous period. The company continues to focus on cost reduction strategies and has undertaken several property-related projects aimed at improving service offerings. These developments are expected to contribute positively to earnings in the future. Moreover, an interim dividend of 5.0 cents per share, fully franked, has been declared, with payment scheduled for 6 April 2026.
