Eureka Group Holdings Limited (EGH) has provided a trading update for the financial year ending 30 June 2026 (FY26), confirming that underlying EBITDA is expected to finish at or above the top of the guidance range of $20.2 million to $21.1 million, reflecting a growth of 20-25% compared to FY25. The underlying EPS is also anticipated to be at the upper end of the 3.37 to 3.44 cents range, indicating a 7.5-10.0% increase on FY25. This performance is driven by high portfolio occupancy with seniors' occupancy at approximately 97% and all-age long-term rental occupancy improving to around 95%. Like-for-like rent growth is expected to exceed 6% for FY26. The Group has also been successful in executing its home and unit sales program, and continues to recycle capital from non-core asset sales into higher-returning development and acquisitions. Despite operating in a higher interest-rate environment, the Group maintains strong demand for its affordable rental housing communities. Several developments are in progress, with a pipeline of acquisition opportunities exceeding $120 million. The Group plans to provide FY27 guidance with the release of its full-year results in August 2026.
