For some reason Forest Enterprises thought the solution to its share price woes was to diversify out of forestry. The result was a proposed merger with Tasmanian-based salmon and walnut processor Webster. Forest Enterprises' credibility is in question – we downgraded our recommendation in the daily email of 28 November (Hold - $0.43). Continue to HOLD.
