Boral (BLD) - $3.22: Unlike James Hardie, the bulk of Boral's revenue (75%) still comes from Australia and not the US. Even with the Yanks officially declaring a recession, James Hardie still has an edge over Boral due to its product technology. We didn't think Boral offered value in issue 87 (Sell - $3.48) and still don't. The Aussie housing boom cannot be sustained at these levels for long. SELL.
