Fund Objective
The Fund aims to provide investors with a stable quarterly income stream with the potential for capital growth. The Fund aims to deliver a total return (before fees) of 12-14% p.a. The investment objective is expressed after the deduction of management fees and expense recoveries; but before taxation. See Section 6 for details on fees and costs and Section 8 for details on taxation. The investment objective is not intended to be a forecast.
Fund Strategy
The Fund will predominately invest in Australian healthcare property assets focussing on (but not limited to) the following characteristics: (a) either existing or via development (greenfield or brownfield); (b) derive at least 75% of their income from one or a combination of medical operators; for example; private hospitals; day surgeries; medical specialists; general practice clinics and other allied health operators; and (c) Estimated average lot size of AU$50 million.
