Fund Objective
This pooled superannuation fund aims to consistently deliver above-medium returns with below-medium risk irrespective of market conditions over all rolling three year periods, as measured against large and medium-sized market-linked pooled superannuation funds.
Fund Strategy
MLC's philosophy is to minimise risk through diversification. Investments are spread over the domestic and international equity, fixed interest and property markets as well as cash to reduce asset class risks. Asset allocations are set by MLC, but security selection risk is diversified over a range of specialist managers with a core of indexed holdings. Pareto Partners of London have been appointed as Currency Overlay Manager.
