Fund Objective
The Fund aims to own properties accredited by the NDIA as SDA, which are intended to be leased to Property Operators who then sub-lease the properties to qualifying Participants whose rent is expected to be paid by the NDIS and other sources.
Fund Strategy
The Fund will primarily invest in residential properties which are modified for people with disabilities. Initially, the Fund's primary source of income is expected to be derived from registered SDA Providers (referred to in this document as Property Operators). Property Operators generally receive rental revenue from the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and other sources such as a Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC).
