To primarily invest in prime commercial industrial and retail properties (including developments where tenancy/income is secured) which have potential for a high rate of capital growth. Longer term objective for income 3-4% and growth 13-15%.
Diversification by 'type' geographical area (in NSW ACT VIC QLD SA) and number (at least 10 being their most cost effective portfolio size).
