Gore Hill Technology Business Park has secured another tenant, with independent media agency The Media Store (TMS) joining Fox Sports and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) at the new 4.6-hectare precinct on Sydney's lower North Shore (pictured). TMS has leased 1100 sq m of 219 Pacific Highway, which has achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. GJS Property transacted the deal on behalf of Gore Hill's developer, Lindsay Bennelong Developments and owner Growthpoint Properties Australia.
Amazon base in Poland
Goodman, the global property group that owns, develops and manages logistics space, will develop a fulfilment centre in Wroclaw, Poland for Amazon, the world's largest e-commerce provider. The new development will be the largest free standing logistics facility in Poland, and will be built in record time to meet Amazon's requirements. The transaction represents the biggest contract for a logistics warehouse in central Europe to date. The development of Amazon's first fulfilment centre in Poland will have a footprint of about 95,000 sq m.
