The funds under management component of the InvestSMART Group have almost quadrupled in size in the last twenty-four months. So much so, our close-knit Melbourne team is looking for an extra set of hands.
We’re looking for someone to come on board as a Client Services Officer. The role will be focused on helping open new accounts and provide client and administration services for existing.
We’ve got a motto within the Portfolio Services team of, “growth through service”, meaning by providing great client service we will continue to grow through clients referring friends and family and we’ve seen the results of this.
We’re looking to maintain this service and scale at the same time, so this position will be hands on in helping on our onsite chat function (bottom right if you want to say hello) through live chat and further automation and helping to build out our Help Centre based on client feedback.
