One reader asks the question: is there more to the Bob Brown resignation than meets the eye?

The big news of the past fortnight has been the departure of Bob Brown from the Greens leadership. While his decision has largely drawn plaudits, it also poses an intriguing question:

Could it be that a Clive Palmer expose has forced Bob Brown out of politics? A tongue-in-cheek Climate Spectator reader puts the argument forward.

The CIA had no choice

After their carefully nurtured contact with the Greens was so rudely exposed, there was no option except to 'bring their asset home' and wind up Dr Brown's decades of sterling service to the American people in Australia.

I have it on very good authority – the white cat in Havana – that he is in line for the dictatorship, I mean directorship of UNESCO, which is the secret European centre for CIA black ops.

Seriously, I don't think we've seen the last of Dr Brown.
