Qantas Airways Ltd's senior executive team will be reviewed by high-level consultants, with a particular focus on performance since the split of the national carrier's domestic and international operations, Fairfax Media reports.
According to the media outlet, senior management has already held meeting with the external consultants over the last few weeks, as part of an overall review of the group.
The structure of the airline's executive team is reportedly a key focus of the review.
Fairfax reports the review is an attempt at "giving accountability and direction" to the international and omestic divisions, which split a year ago. The review alos comes only months after Qantas inked a new internatioanl alliance with Emirates.
