Qantas inks $4.35m Tas deal
Airline to target visitors from UK, Singapore and mainland Australia.
Qantas Airways (QAN) has signed a $4.35 million tourism deal with the Tasmanian government to promote the state internationally and in Australia.
In a statement, the airline said it would target visitors from the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore and mainland Australia.
The deal includes advertising special airfares and promoting major events.
It follows similar deals with Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
