Fertility company Monash IVF will go ahead with its $300m initial public offering at an issue price of $1.80 per share, the mid-point of the range it flagged last week, according to a report on Reuters.

Data Room reported last week Ironbridge, the private equity owner of  the Melbourne-based company, planned to sell shares in the range of $1.65 to $1.95 each, or between 15.1 times and 17 times 2015 forecast earnings per share.
