Stuart Green will replace David Bennett as Macquarie Group Ltd's treasurer when he steps down from the role next month, The Australian Financial Review reports.
Sources told the newspaper as a result of Mr Green's promotion, Kris Neill will assume his former role as head of investor relations and corporate communications.
Karen Khadi will take charge of investor relations.
Macquarie Group will convene its annual general meeting in Sydney on Thursday.
