Eureka Correspondence
Who to blame for losses?
To James Kirby -
I am not a disciple of Alan, however to say that subscribers have not been looked after recently is pure bunkum. Recent articles particularly yourself have been excellent and a great guide in these troubled times.
I too have lost money in recent weeks and whilst i would like to blame Alan or any body else for that matter it is simply not on. Keep up the good work.

Estate planning webcast
Yesterday evening i connected to the webinar on Estate Planning. Just thought that you may like some feedback. This was different to the usual webinar; typically the Eureka style is to inform but this was more to educate? The topic itself is very complex and can be reasonably unique to various personal circumstances. The time allotted, 30 mins, was hardly sufficient to either educate or inform. In my view a better structure would have been to allow the lawyer sufficient time to cover the basics and then to take questions.

Editor's response: Thanks very much for your email, we really appreciate the feedback! This webcast was intended as an introduction to a very vast topic, so that subscribers had a starting point to consider their own estate planning. Eureka Report and brightday provide general advice only, so our interactive webcasts are intended to outline the elements that subscribers should think about for when they do go on to seek individual advice.
If have any more specific questions for our panelist Michael Tsotsos, he would be happy to talk with you further. Click on this link to request a call from our team: brightday estate planning.
