Brambles reaffirms FY guidance

Group posts sales revenue of $US3.97bn in nine months to March, a 6% year-on-year lift.

Brambles has reaffirmed its full-year underlying profit forecast of between $US930 million and $US965m, after posting sales revenue of $US3.97 billion in the nine months to March, a year-on-year lift of 6 per cent.

Brambles chief executive Tom Gorman said the result reflected strong underlying demand in pallets and improved penetration in the North American market.

"This more than offset the adverse short-term impact on pallet volumes of the severe North American winter and the later timing of Easter," he said.
