COMPLEMENTARY medicines maker Blackmores has appointed former Telstra sales director Christine Holgate as its new chief executive.The appointment followed the decision by director Marcus Blackmore to stand aside as CEO and the resignation last month of chief operating officer Jennifer Tait.
