THE CBD office market has kicked off the start of the year with the listing of two prominent properties.

Private investment group Hendine Pty Ltd is hoping to reap at least $20 million for its sale of 10 Queens Road. The 19-level building has a net lettable area of 9004 square metres.

The expression-of-interest campaign closes on March 7.

Meanwhile, private investors are also hoping to sell the mixed use office and retail building at 43-53 Elizabeth Street for at least $15 million. The six-storey property offers four vacant floors of office space and six leased retail shops with 1730 sq m of total lettable area.
