Amcor (AMC) will acquire two million shares on-market to satisfy its employee share plan obligations.
In a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange, the packaging company said it would acquire the shares over the next several weeks.
"These employee share plans have been previously disclosed to the market," the group said.
