Miranda Maxwell is deputy editor of Business Spectator. She is an experienced business commentator who has worked for more than 20 years as a financial journalist. For over a decade, Miranda was responsible for coverage of Australian equities, the economy and currency markets at Reuters, producing news and analysis published by The Guardian, New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Miranda was previously Bloomberg‘s Sydney banking reporter after spending five years in London writing on commodity markets and derivatives, and a spell on Wall Street for Knight-Ridder, then the No. 2 newspaper publisher in the US.
