In a previous post I asked the question 'Is there an upside case for residential property?' It is a question I continue to consider and explore. Recently, I attended the inaugural 'independent of our owners' Eureka Congress (Sorry, I couldn't resist a dig. How can anyone possibly be independent of their owner?) In order to continue with my quest of locating the holy grail of residential property investing - a legitimate upside case - I decided to sign up for the afternoon's Property Investing masterclass. Now I'm not actually a Eureka subscriber and haven't read that much of their material....
