In the six months to 30 June trust revenue was up 28.7% at $345.6m, which translated into distributions of $184.3m, up 15.4%. The interim distribution was 10.97 cents, up 3.1% on last year's interim payment. The company estimates that the tax advantaged portion will be 57.2%. Occupancy rates are more than 99%. As per issue 57 (Long Term Buy - $3.17), the units are a LONG TERM BUY.
