We have sold our model Growth Portfolio's entire stake of 695 securities in Westfield Group, for $10.37, giving total proceeds of $7,207. We've replaced it with Trade Me (see Trade Me: Interim result 2014 & Upgrade from 19 Feb 14 (Buy – $3.54)).
While we continue to rate Westfield as a Hold, we feel that Trade Me offers a better use of the money for a portfolio that's designed to be a collection of our best ideas.
Note: Our model Growth and Income portfolios own shares in Trade Me.
