It may have booked a $39m loss to get rid of it but United has sold its Pulse, EdgeCap and Utili-Mode interests to AGL. The good thing is that $116m was received to help reduce its high debt levels - something that has been of concern to us. Though the move is a positive one, we aren't changing our recommendation yet. HOLD FOR YIELD.
