The only way to avoid repeating one's mistakes is to stop, or so I have been told. But if life teaches us anything, it is that old habits die hard and that shaking them off is like saying goodbye to an old friend. If we are to change, the process must start with reflection. And when better to start than now, a few weeks after the end of the financial year?
