Recently I stumbled across Sheena Iyengar, who is S.T. Lee Professor of Business at Columbia Business School and the Research Director of the Jerome A. Chazen Institute of International Business. Her specialisation is choice, how it works, and how it doesn't. She has some particularly interesting ideas, which can be especially confronting for those with a liberal bent. I'll let her explain via this short TED talk. Enjoy.
