The things we see when we're working back late! Ten picked 7:30pm tonight as a good time to release an announcement detailing legal action from minority shareholders in Eye Corp. Apparently the minorities are keen to stop this week's Eye Corp board meeting at which a refinancing proposal is to be considered. The minorities are also alleging Ten has engaged in oppressive conduct (surely not from ex-Packer gun Nick Falloon?). We're not really sure what is going on but unless it's more serious than it seems or drags on for an eternity, we can't see how this will affect the long-term value of the company. HOLD WHILE UNSTABLE.
