There are red flags appearing everywhere for this Victorian-based gambling company, as you'll see from the special report enclosed. The bid for Jupiters looks like being very expensive for Tabcorp shareholders, although the stock is up 3% since issue 122/Mar 03 (Buy - $9.59). We're now downgrading Tabcorp two notches to HOLD FOR YIELD.
