We apologise for not updating this stock sooner because we know a few of you own it. Stockland has a different strategy to General Property Trust which we reviewed in issue 93. And after taking a good look we think may offer more value than Tim Shaw in a room full of steak knives. The stock provides a great income stream and the scope for capital gains over time.
