SecureNet shares continue to languish, down 20% since our last recommendation. The company has made no relevant announcements and we haven't read any press reports about why the share price is so weak. Given the huge pile of cash on the company's books, we see it as incredible value at these prices. The father of value investing, Ben Graham, would describe the current situation as buying dollar notes for fifty cents - we're more than happy to retain our BUY recommendation.
